The Semantic Web is an idea that the World Wide Web will expand its information capability through the use of standards, markup languages and related processing tools. It promises to help users find, share, and combine information more easily, by making the web a medium in which the information moves between computers freely, based on information protocals not requiring a human user to initiate them.
