Toby Arquette

From What's new, new media?

Dr. Toby Arquette is an assistant professor in the Communication Department at DePaul University. He teaches courses on Communication & Technology, Quantitative Research Methods and the Digital Divide. Additionally he is part of a consortium of faculty who contribute to the New Media Studies at DePaul University program.

Dr. Arquette's dissertation Social Discourse, Scientific Method, and the Digital Divide was completed at Northwestern University in 2002, for which he received the Gerald R. Miller Outstanding Dissertation Award from the National Communication Association.
