House Resolution 4411 aka the Unlawful Internet Gambling Enforcement Act fo 2006 passed through the U.S. House of Representatives on Jumy 11th, 2006 by a vote of 317-93. The bill will make payment transfers using credit cards illegal for online gambling business.
